ADDENDUM: Under the heading ‘Retrograde Step’, at the bottom of page 3 of our report dated 13/01/2016, we referred to the ‘centre’ track at Abergele & Pensarn station. This should have been referred to as the most easterly of the two down tracks not the centre track. Whilst the tenor of our original report is unchanged we wish to apologise for our incorrect reference to the ‘centre’ track.  Please amend our report accordingly.
